~TrendyDNA is currently in the process of contacting certain deviantart members to gain there support and add them to the volunteer lists.

Everyone will be a volunteer (even if you were contacted for a staff position*), once =DemoReel evolves, certain devoted volunteers may continue with ~TrendyDNA on ventures outside of DeviantART.

Expect tons of contests, competitions, group projects, sponsors & festivals.

=DemoReel is a group to expose the exceptional film, animation, 3D, web, graphic design and print work done by your fellow deviants. Collecting all the good work into one place and categorized according to specialty, much like a DemoReel of DeviantArt.

We also greatly focus on any short films/animations, & series done by groups of deviant artist. We expect to complete our own animated and short films once we bring more video artist to deviantart and after we host a series of competitions.

We will submit films we are working on, as well as featured films, and series. Expect more tutorials, educational material, and opportunities to showcase your work outside of DeviantArt.

We foster a connecting point for film makers, animators, 3D, web design/programming, and print artist by bringing all of the demo reels and portfolios into one place, within the largest art community on the web. So a deviant can find or reach out to someone and help a certain aspect of a project.

Once DeviantArt's Film/Animation deviations grow and we gain more talent then =DemoReel will reach out and help produce larger projects that need a higher budget/team. We will also help promote projects and work from deviants as we see fit. Once our budget grows we'll hold competitions for gear, software, and educational material/courses & scholarships. We will host a plethora of interviews with top artist, as well as supplying Featured Films/shows, and education for the deviantart community.

We will represent work from non-deviants to the largest art community online. As well as hosting films & series that are still in the works, and looking for more help to complete the film (will be marked as "Work In progress" or "WIP"). We will also host trailers/short clips for films that are looking for help. So send us yours and we'll help find qualified artist for you to work with.

We will soon begin to host interviews with working artist and industry leaders. We promote deviantart as a hub of creative talent. We will continue to work hard on giving our community a way to gain the necessary education, support, and opportunities for work, while adding to there portfolio/demoreel.

We will be working with educational resources to provide education to the DeviantART community. Once we begin to host our competitions we will use education, software, and even hardware as prizes, as well as subscriptions for DA.
